Coming Back to Yoga

I have done several types of yoga before including the quite challenging Bikram Yoga - which really helped me lose weight before and now I am back to it and to other kinds of yoga.

I recently enrolled in Yoga Plus since it is near my office and a friend told me about it. She told me that after consistently doing yoga she really lost weight.

You can say that I am really determined and if it means enrolling in a separate / specialized Yoga Studio then I am all for it. I already have my gym membership in Fitness First but I guess I wanted to see what Yoga Plus had to offer. They have different types, including Bikram Yoga.  I guess doing yoga is not just good for losing weight but also for health benefits and really de-stressing. Plus it will help you become more flexible.

So, I leave you with a photo of me doing my favorite yoga pose for Bikram - the Camel position.  I will take a new one with the most challenging position for me --- i will post it in another entry. Stay tuned and hopefully this and my diet will help me get that Bikini Body! :)
